MINI SCAN TERMS

Effective date: 22 October 2026

1. Scope

The free mini scan aims to prepare a preliminary report by sending a small number of polite requests, upon the user’s request, only to the home page and publicly available files (e.g., robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, security.txt). Contact: info@archirenk.com.

2. Declaration of Authority

By providing the declaration “I have authority over the website” in the mini scan form, the user accepts that it submits a request only for its own website or a website over which it has authority. The user is responsible for the consequences arising from unauthorized requests or false declarations. Archirenk may reject the request in case of doubt regarding authority.

3. Actions Not Performed

Within the scope of the mini scan:

  • Areas requiring login are not accessed.
  • No form submissions are made.
  • No attack, penetration, vulnerability scanning or security testing is performed.
  • robots.txt rules are complied with.
  • Requests are sent with a clearly identified user agent.
  • No access is made beyond the home page and publicly available files.

4. Data Processed and Retention

Within the scope of the mini scan, the website address, email address and declaration “I have authority over the website” are processed. The purpose is to prepare and send the preliminary report. The website address and report are retained for 30 days; they are deleted at the end of the period. Deletion from backup copies is completed within no later than 30 days.

The email address is not used for commercial message purposes. A commercial message may be sent only if there is a separate, optional and unchecked consent box and the user has checked that box.

5. Nature of the Report and Liability

The mini scan is free of charge and of a preliminary information nature. The completeness or accuracy of the results or any specific performance result is not guaranteed. The mini scan is not a full audit, security test or legal advice. Archirenk’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by its negligent conduct, without prejudice to mandatory law.

6. Changes

These terms enter into force on 22 October 2026 and may be updated when necessary.
